But if we're going solely off the upcoming Game Pass lineup in 2026, it's evident that Xbox continues to plan to attract subscribers with strong games on its flagship service.

A pair of titles currently accessible as you read this, Brews & Bastards and Little Nightmares Enhanced Edition, are not the headliners. The true anticipation is for the upcoming titles to Game Pass in the coming weeks that's truly noteworthy.

Ultimately, these titles aren't industry-shaking releases to Game Pass, nor are they tentpole Microsoft studios games that justify the service in the first place. But Microsoft's additions here are very dependable. The lineup provides a solid mix of older titles you may have skipped and relatively recent releases that didn't get the attention they warranted upon launch — which makes them ideal prospects to experience a revival on Game Pass.
